About

Hi there, I’m Manmeet — a software engineer deep in the intersection of autonomous systems, observability, and secure cloud infrastructure.

I build the control plane for intelligent systems, writing mission-critical software for high-assurance aerospace and cloud applications. My background spans flight and mission control software for aerial refueling UAV prototypes, end-to-end functional testing automation for THAAD receptor assemblies, and real-time satellite ground station data pipelines feeding analytics services in AWS. I’m drawn to practical autonomy: designing systems that learn, reason, and act reliably at scale while remaining explainable and evaluable.

Profile

Today I lead an engineering team responsible for running a set of highly available cloud services in the Specialized Azure Gov Clouds. I drive operational excellence and engineer solutions to run a set of highly available service offerings. I am responsible for thought leadership and setting a vision roadmap for a Service Health Review portal aggregating data to improve various OKRs for a 200-person organization. Outside work, I like to stay current on building agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, and AI inference+distribution infrastructure paradigms.

TBD: specific product or service names, measurable impact or reliability improvements, awards/recognition, patents/publications, team outcomes, and notable production-scale deployments that showcase leadership and technical influence.
